Purchase Butterflies for Release

Butterfly releases are fast becoming the new tradition in celebrations throughout the United States. Ecologically sound, enhancing to the environment, and fun for your guests! Butterflies are a wonderful alternative to the use of rice, balloons and flower petals, which can prove harmful to certain animals, the environment, and church grounds.

Ordering for Release

Please call or email us to place your order allaflutterfarms@gmail.com or 336-454-5651 (you will receive the fastest response by sending an email). We will need your information and the address to which you want the butterflies delivered. We will check fed ex delivery schedules once we have your zip code and telephone number. If you are local, picking up your butterfly order is the easiest and most cost efficient option.

The farm needs at least 30 days notice for all butterfly release orders. The longer the advance notice, the better prepared we can be to fill your order on your special day. We receive many bookings one year in advance! All orders must be booked in advance and include a $50 non-refundable deposit. Our farm provides butterflies for release May through late September only (temperatures must be 60+ degrees).

If the package you desire is not listed in the pricing section, let us know when you call that you want to be a little more creative than we were when we wrote our price list! All release packages listed below include individually packaged butterflies (in glassine envelopes), if you are interested in a more elaborate release method (such as a display cage, or customized envelopes) we are happy to discuss these options with you at the time your order is placed. Alternative release options range from $8-$29.99  and we have many lovely options to choose from!

All orders must be paid for in full at least 30 days prior to the release date of your order. Customers with orders being shipped will receive a tracking number via email when the package is shipped. If you are local we will happily set up a pick up for your butterfly order.

Give us a call for availability of stock for funerals; we occasionally have small quantities on hand for last minute gatherings and events.
